be? This has now been 3 days. I can eat a little and try to eat more if my stomach hurts and makes me ill. I have most of what I thought was the flu. I think that lasted 4 days and all symptoms have disappeared, but the stomach pain is very annoying. I have tried to digest everything, nothing works! I am a woman of 31 years. Could it be what I ate (expired, or simply has not completely cooked) was food poisoning or a virus these days could be that people sometimes spread germs. You never know if it worse than knowing what to do go to> a doctor!
